Full-Service Metal Stamping

At HENSA, we blank, punch, pierce, extrude, fold, draw, and cut-to-length a wide range of sizes and materials with our stamping presses. We regularly work with carbon steel, stainless, galvanized, galvannealed, aluminum, brass, and copper. We utilize 14 stamping presses and five coil feed lines to produce up to 3/8” thick continuously, 3/4” thick by unit, and 3/8” thick progressively.

Metal Stamping

Our stamping presses range from 5 to 400 tons, with speeds of up to 60 strokes per minute and feed rates of up to 3’ per second. They operate with a maximum press stroke of 24”. These stamping presses feature maximum bed dimensions of 96” and can accommodate workpieces up to 84” in width. We also offer a wide range of secondary operations that allow us to act as a single-source solution for metal stamping. These include assembly, plating, anodizing, heat treating, and much more.

One of the more common products HENSA produces is metal brackets. Serving a variety of applications in architectural, building, and construction projects, these metal brackets see a number of the services we provide here throughout the manufacturing process. Most are stamped, and some go as far as being stamped, formed, and welded. These brackets are often made from steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and copper.
